They were able to source replacement sections from America, basically the bit below the crease in my picture for £40 each plus shipping & import duties. Once I can get the rest of the cash together I'll post up some pictures of the work. BTW, opted for the second hand metal as can get a larger section, I've got some concerns that the rust could be above the crease which makes the panel useless. Plus I can sort the rest of the arch too.

Just a quick tip buddy,
Check if your soft top drain valves are in place.
If not, water will be re-directed to the door sills therefore rusting them from the inside out.
If you do replace that lower portion of the sills/rear 1/4 panel, might as well make sure that it won't happen again anytime soon!
