Can any of you tell me is that rear wing/ spoiler adjustable in any manner?

I knew you guys would be able to answer that quickly.
I seems to be counter productive, if a person is planning on modifying their car to any noticeable extent.

It seems that most after market spoilers are adjustable to some extent.
