I am flying into Chicago from eastern Canada next Tuesday (June 23rd) to pick up my S2000 that I purchased. It's looking like I will be in the city for a couple of days with not really all that much to do before I make the road trip back home. I wouldn't mind exploring the city and seeing a few of the sights. Any suggestions or recommendations on what I should see or do while I am there? Sears tower? Waterfront?

Also, if anyone wants to meet up while I am there just let me know........my schedule is wide open while I am there next week.

I fly in on Tuesday next week and am starting my 1500 mile drive home to Canada on Saturday.

 

Ahhh so it sounds like we'd need to set up a weekday run gotta warn you in advance though, Chicago is basically a humdrum/flat place in terms of elevation changes.

If I can I'd be glad to cruise out on maybe Tuesday/Wednesday night.

 

Excellent. I've been to Chicago before but it has always been to fly in and fly out. I hear Chicago has some fantastic architecture and a great waterfront. Anyways, I'd definitely be up for a cruise!!

 

You definitely need to check out downtown Chicago. There's always a lot to see and do. Go check out Millenium park, Grant park, the lake front...There's plenty to keep you busy, weather permitting.
