Default Dash swap

As some of you may know, I'm going to be doing a dash swap in a couple weeks or so. Since I've never done anything with regard to removing a dash let alone mine, is there anyone who can help me out and/or give me pointers? I don't care if I'm doing all the work, I just want someone there who knows what they are doing to make sure I don't do something stupid and wreck something expensive or important in process.

I've seen "directions" from something like a Haynes manual and it's not very descriptive to the techniques or certain tools required.

I remember reading somewhere that the harness is wrapped in and around stuff in the dash, and it can be reinstalled without being integrated with the dash.

Thanks in advance.

UPDATE!

The dash has been installed. Here is a link to the final product.

Do you have a Honda S2000 Factory Service Manual?? I've never done it before, but I'll try to look at my service manual when I get home from work and see if there are good directions in there.

The internet is currently my "directions". Did a google search and didn't come up with much, but some Haynes manual directions, which really is nothing more than fastener points.

IMO, Honda Service Manual is a good buy for just about anyone at $58.80:

Like I said, at the end of the day, I'll check to see what helpfull information is contained therein.

This might get you started. After scanning the pages, I realized there were several cross-references to other sections. If you want me to scan any of those other sections, let me know.

I kinda figured on disconnecting the battery.

Do I need any special tools to get it out (and back in)?
