Ha, Brian...your the most baller out of us three. End of story.

I might be baller for my car, but thats all I have, other than my toolbox and a few minor things. Hopefully my friend will buy my S2000 so I can buy a house.

Dustin, Dont sell the S2k!

I don't own a house yet either. I've dumped far more money in my S than I should. I doubt I could be considered a "baller". But thinking about it from another angle, could it be something that starts small, and then just keeps going and going and going and going and going and going and gets bigger and bigger and bigger and more expensive with each revolution?

I have a defined goal as to where I want my car. I'm very close to it being "completed" the way I want it.

My friend is an aggressive auto crosser. The car would be ideal for him. This way I can move on...and buy another on in a few years.

I agree, my car is also to the point where Im not wasting money on it... Maybe Im bored with it.

meh.

I was S2000less for about three weeks. And not by choice. It was amazing how much I missed it.

Im not bored with the power! Im bored with it because Ive reached my limit on how much I want to spend on it. I want a J's Header, J's catback, 3.0pulley and a retune, THEN Ill be happy. But, that is 3,000 more dollars along with a stock trans and differential still...

The car is just not loud enough.

I have it stored in my garage..I see it every day... In 3 weeks Ill be taking it to Florida, Ill be in love again in no time.

Again, check it out if you havn't yet! (though I doubt anyone other than myself, Dustin, and Brian are following this thread anymore.)

I'm designing some end-plugs to fit in those side bolt points in the dash. Probably will machine them out of billet aluminum and then get that anodized black. It wont look like the dash, but it wont sing out "LOOK AT ME!" when the door is open either.

My problem is that I don't know how much clearance there is between the doors and the dash. I do not want to put undue pressure on any surface outside of the pocket that the plug goes into. So I have to keep it a: low profile; b: easy to remove; c: flanged so it doesn't go too deep; d: hollow so its "light weight".

I have three things left to do: install a recess on the top for relief, install a method for removing, and whip up a working drawing with the dimensions on it. The model is to size so the working drawing will be easy.

are you talking about the plugs the company that wrapped your dash forgot to cut holes around?

Thanks, a house is a better idea for me I think. But...IDK, probably isnt going to happen.

I only want a J's 70 exhaust and a J's Header. MAX HP
