I used search from the main forums page and found many threads related to this.
SERACH = RESET WINDOW
with the window up, hold the window button down while the window is going fully down. Let go, then hold it for about 5 seconds then let go again. then raise it back up. once it's up let go and then hold the button to up for about 5 seconds again.
