I've visited an autoshop in chicago for my s2k but they seem to found no problems on the car. The steering feels very tough so I am trying to figure out what the problem is. I've already replaced the steering rack and the car drives fine and straight. It feels like powersteering isnt working well, any suggestions on a proper shop to get it checked?

I saw a few other threads but couldn't find answers on there.
