I'm doing all the editing, including the text, using Paint Shop Pro (from JASC, a Minnesota company!). I use their Animation Studio to do the animation.

I'm not sure I'm happy with the text yet, or with the placement. I noticed my earlier animation used the version with light colored text, which I think I like better.

Can you change the compression so that it doesn't flatten the sprites as much? I don't know what file size limitation they put on the badges.
