UMW Introductions
Yeah, I think $350-400 is about the norm for a set of AP1 wheels. You could also get AP2 or aftermarket wheels and retire your OE wheels to winter duty.
If I had to make a tire suggestion, I'd go for something along the lines of the Dunlop Winter Sport M3 or Michelin Alpin Sport PA2. 205/55R16 all around.
Though you should just enjoy the summer and fall before worrying about such things.

...I live in Beverly Hills MI, (a little village adjacent to Birmingham), and my s2k and I can often be seen in and around B-Ham / Woodward area. Since discovering this forum a couple of weeks ago, I have been reading tons of old threads - what a great source of information and insight about this cool little car!

Southbend is home to Notre Dame thus being the arsehole to pretty much anywhere but Columbus if your a fan of the Maize and Blue... I am enjoying the summmer with the S but the Fusions I have on my car are melting off at a pretty good clip. Thats why I was rsearching the Avons. My friend in Charleston says the Yokos are the best bang for my buck but I'm one to venture out anf try something diffferent.
