valve adjustment in chicago
my motor is awfully ticky, I cant pinpoint where but I can only assume I need a valve adjustment, motor has 39000 miles on it
recommendations on a shop in the area that will do a valve adjustment and put in ap2 retainers?

Several local users can take care of the valve adjustment for ya. I've done it myself a couple times now under the watchful eye and guidance of local member jeggy.

im 5 minutes from woodfield mall, ive been at the past two wcmc autocross meets, silver ap1.
I am pretty comftorable with the adjustment, but not the possible retainers needed. But if anyone is down to help or knows how to do it, by all means, beer and food on me then

Or if anyone wants to listen to see if i'm just overly paranoid too 
. It is just very "ticky" when pulling into a garage/tunnel i can hear it over my invidia exhaust :/

Im with hecash I doubt you would need this done so soon. If you decide to do this I have dual springs with titanium retainers and keepers I'm selling. If your going to replace now is the time for upgrade. PM me if your interested I posted in the main forums earlier but not the regional section yet.
