Yep, it will hit a wall, and repairs cost more than new tires. You can always buy the snowies now and save for the new wheels a LITTLE later down the road. I STRONGLY encourge you to get snow tires if you are gonna drive it.

Also, there are two Dragon events a year. The first is Wake the Dragon, which is April 17-20. The other is Dragonball Run which is in the fall, but the date is not yet set.

Look for references to WTD (Wake the Dragon.) There are SOME people from the UMW planning to go. There is a caravan that leaves from Cincinatti and the last few years the UMW group has met up with them.

im not a fan of the winter either... the only time i take my car out in the winter is when it snows alot..... probably gonna take the S out late tonight & put those dunlop M3s to good use

 

I hate winter so much . . . . this month has sucked ass. I haven't driven my S in 7 days . . . and it's my DD

 

tell me about it, street parking sucks when you have to see the car buried every morning on your way to the train....

 

Dunlop M3's and my car seems more stable than my 07 WRX on all seasons. Even so you just can't have much fun in this weather. If it isn't the snow it is negative 34 wind chills. I just got my S in Jan and I can't wait for some nicer weather.

 

I took my car out of garage after good six inches of snow. As soon as I took it out I realised it was a bad idea. So I tried driving it back in and the darn thing got stuck 5 yards from the garage. As it turned out there was a layer of ice hidden beneath the snow and the car has no traction at all so I guess it is going to sit there till morning. I am feeling so bad to leave it out but it is too cold to go out and salt the path.
I hate winters. I am migrating from here at the first opportunity.

 

you guys are crazy. driving your s2k's in winter. you all need to goto craigslist and buy a 500 dollar beater! An s2k deserves storage!! haha
