slow_s2k, I should mention that Midwesta is up in our area as well.

Body Shop of Barrington is not cheap by any means. The last time I set foot in their shop (owned by a guy named Paul), he had a handful of Ferraris, high end Porsches, and high end BMWs and MB's there.

They do GREAT work; I've referred many S2000 owners there. They've all been very happy with the outcome, not so much the bill . If I was getting insurance work, no question I'd go there if I had no other option.

A&L is definitely the place I'll be going to as long as they keep providing a great quality service. Ask for Anthony and tell him Urmil sent you if you go.

A buddy of mine, Is getting all four fenders rolled, pulled and painted for $350 at a shop in waukegan. I will let you know how they turn out and what the name of the shop is called. Im considering going to them to get some work done, but I want to see the quality of their work first. As far as wrapping a car goes, yes it can be expensive, the material is cheap about $400 for enough wrap to do the whole car, so you are paying a lot in labor. I just purchase some to do my hood, trunk and mirrors, I will be putting it on this weekend at the tech day. If it goes well, I'll consider wrapping the whole car.

I took my IS300 to A&L in Palentine for some repair/insurance work a few years ago. I'm unsure on prices since insurance paid but I hear they are not cheap.

They matched the pearlescent white on my IS300 very very well. They were pretty good to deal with, i had them do some minor customizing to the front bumper which they said was fine, took close to a week longer than they quoted me, and they ended up putting a dent in a fender and a rocker panel but fixed them through a paint-less dent repair without much fuss but added 2 more days to them having my car.
