got the carbotech's on, no issues, everthing looks good all around the car (except it's a little dirty). I think I can bring everything we brought last year an be fine. I'm now feeling better about my schedule. Phill, if you need to sawp pads at the track, I'd be happy to lend a hand.

You guys are nuts trying to leave around 5 on Friday. I'm heading out with a few people but we are going to wait out traffic a while.

Appreciate that... I tossed the car on stands last night and removed the wheels so I hopefully will have them installed tonight. In reviewing the install instructions on NSXPrime they are a lot like the S2000 so hopefully it will be a snap. The heat and humidity in the garage however zaps the energy out of me fast.

I'll be finishing fluid changes and swapping brake pads tonight. Heading out late morning tomorrow. Looking forward to fun times on the track.

My group is probably leaving at 7. We don't want to mess around with traffic either.

I considered leaving later but that 1 hour time difference makes 7 in to 8. then the 2.5 hour commute puts you there at 10:30.

Just found out a friend of mine bought a summer place 20 minutes North of Gingerman As much as I love camping at the track I think I will take them up on thier offer to sleep there for the weekend.

Well I still may need some help. I got the fronts swapped but gave up on the rears. I was affraid of screwwing things up back there. That piston with the cross cut in it does not turn in as easy as it does on the S with a 3/8" drive socket as the improper tool.

Plus my back is feeling tender now, so it is off to the back-cracker in the morning if I can get an appoinment.

I have mixed feelings about going to the house, I like waking up at the track before the sun rises to take a walk about.

I use a flat head screw driver. I tired using the proper tool once - a cube looking thing that attaches to a socket wrench. That ate up a bit of the piston.

I really like waking up at the track as well. Of course it's hard to sleep when people are working on their cars late at night or early in the morning. Last year my group were the assholes that got there at around 11pm and decided to change tires/brakes that night and/or ass early in the morning. Also had to fumble around trying to put our tents together in the dark.

Actually, last year I couldn't sleep due to excitement so I walked the track. By turn 5 I kind of regretted it because I was getting sleepy and I knew how much farther I had to go. But it was still fun - you don't realize how far each turn is and how long the straights really are until you walk it. Completely new perspective.
