Draper, Utah?
Hi guys, can anyone tell me anything about Draper, Utah? My company is offering me a nice promotion if I transfer to a newly aquired divison there... but I can't seem to find much info on the place. Realestate prices look too good to be true, so there must be some deep, dark secret I'm missing, right?
Thanks,

Draper is on the south end of the Salt Lake valley ~20 minutes from downtown. It's a newer area as far as development goes. There are a lot of nice houses there. I believe Trent (S2K1) lives in draper. It's a bit farther south then I would like to live, but a nice area.
I did a quick google search and found this.. Don't know if it helps or not.. http://www.draper.ut.us/

I live in Draper and have for over 3 years now. As it has been said, Draper is a little bit further aaway from Salt Lake, but I personally love it. You can make it downtown in 15 minutes or 15 minutes to the mouth of the canyons to ski. Draper is a pretty quiet place which is a disadvantage if you lik to speed. We have a large police force, and very little crime, so looking for speeders are their primary concern.
Draper is one of the newer areas and houses are springing up like wildfires so that could be the cause of lower prices here. If you have kids, there is a new private school that just opened up a couple of weeks ago that is free and had a lot of money put into it that would be worth considering.
Let me know if there is any more information you need and we hope to have you out here. The S2000 group has become the enthusiast group as we continue to lose S2000's and gain Subaru's.
