What years are affected from this out-of-spec axle torque? Just wondering if I have to retorque my 2003. No clicking noise yet but want to make sure it won't happen in the future.

I just got back from Honda. They checked the axle nuts...and they were properly torqued. Since the rear diff. was replaced, do you think maybe a bolt/nut has come loose or wasn`t tightened properly upon install? I`m taking the car back on Saturday for them to look at it closer...any suggestions? Thanks.

I would say that if you purchased from Honda Way, leave it with them to repair, no matter what the problem they should be taking care of it.

WOW!!! so much talk and time wasted for such a simple thing! bring it to me, give me $20.00 and ill fix it if its axle nuts. if its not axle nuts. i will tell what it is for free. pm me and ill give you my number, then call me if you want the suffering to end.

no offence Dave, but sometimes little things are not worth the dealership hassle.

it could be anything. Take it to somebody or a shop that knows what they're doing... asking for this type of help online is very hit and miss...
