Default Looking for an AP2 S2000

Hi guys, new to the forums. I'm currently on the hunt for an AP2 and look forward to meeting and joining some of you in future cruises and events.

If you know anyone looking to sell their S2000 (will consider white or black AP1's), please let me know.

Cheers

Thanks! I never knew clean s2000's were so rare. Seems like there were a lot more for sale in the past few years than now.

If you are willing to consider a very clean Silverstone AP1 mine is currently for sale. It's clean and very well maintained - and low mileage.

If not, good luck with your search anyway! I have definitely noticed there are fewer and fewer for sale - especially clean unmodified ones.

Hey, thanks for the offer. I'm really hoping to get an AP2 (unless it is white or black) so I will have to pass for now. Your car looks like it is in excellent shape though, good luck with the sale!

I'm checking out a US import (FL) 2008 silver AP2 tomorrow. 65k km on the odo and the owner says he has documentation for all the maintenance since he purchased it. How much would you peg the price at? Does the US import title impact the price of the vehicle significantly compared to a local one?

Also, thoughts on this one? Revscene has numerous threads and bad reviews about this shady dealership but I was wondering if anyone happened to know anything about this car. http://www.autoliquidation.ca/used/H...cb063dc964.htm

Thanks

If it's in good shape $25-28k.

The second one looks okay from the pics. Reasonably priced, I'd offer $20k if it checked out.

Thanks! I'm checking out the US import tonight. Going to have to pass on the blue one as the pictures show visible scratches on the hood.

Edit: for anyone who was interested in the blue one... here's a post form a user on RevScene

"dont bother with the liquidation one, seat leather looks f@#ked, front bumper is off, and the craigslist ad for the car claims LOCAL. This color only comes from the US. "

Edit 2: interesting... the rep from the dealer emailed stating it is a local car that was purchased from Carter Honda in Nov 2007. He also claims that icbc records do not show it was ever registered out of province....

Good call on avoiding that Laguna. I'm sure it has some questionable history. (Also, I have heard that some Lagunas were made for Canada, but I'm not sure.)

I've seen that Chicane '08 for sale also. Hope it turns out!
