Default Radiator Fluid

I was just wondering about radiator fluid since mine is a little on the low side. Can I just top it off with any radiator fluid that is green? Or does honda use some kind of special antifreeze that should not be mixed with other stuff?

ap2's usually use a long life coolant that is blue in color and you cant mix it with others. its expensive so if you dont want to use it you would have to completely flush the system before you added anything else. although i recommend using the OE coolant.

if its green and you sure its green then use green.

NEVER MIX COOLANT IF THEY ARE DIFFERENT COLORS CAUSE THEY DONT MIX AND START TO GEL UP AND BECOME UNABLE FLOW PROPERLY!

Thanks for your help s2s, I just found out that the s2000 (or mine in particular) takes Honda type 2 radiator fluid. I just bought some from the honda dealership and its the same colour with what i currently have in the car.
