My transmission is having an issue going into 6th gear, its like there is a wall there, Ive read about this on a couple of forums. I really dont want to take it in to get fixed, i have tried shoving it into gear but no luck. My car is turbo charged and I drive it pretty hard so I know im going to have issues. If the car is turbo the best will be for you to upgrade to an AP2 tranny since it's a little stronger and has carbon syncros, putting another AP1 will be running the risk of having the same issue down the road.
