Zuka Blue, it was idling in 5th gear on jackstands, like 13mph more or less on the speedo.

Found out what it was!!! Loose axle nut!! Tightened it and no more noise!!! Thanks for the help!!!

Was that at idle? I don't think I've ever heard a noise like that from my S. If it was at idle, how do you know it is driveshaft/axle?
