Dear lord why? Hopefully you aren't planning to slam an S to the ground low rider style. What is it with everybody wanting to put ridiculous rims on S2ks now. 17s and 18s are optimum for this car. Why is everybody going against what we've learned during the last 7 years of buying wheels for these cars.

But for the fact that fewer and fewer true high-perf tires are available in smaller-diameter sizes, I would think 18" are more "ridiculous" than 15" for a car this size and weight.

I would say 16's and 17's are optimal.
