15" drag wheel questions
Im not a big wheel guru on this forum so im looking for some answers, im gonna be running a 15x8 wheel and im not sure which offset is needed to clear our calipers, right now i might just run a 15x8 rota slipstream and the offset is 40 will those clear? i seen some cheaper cragars and such with like 0 offset way down to -19, whats ideal for a 15x8 wheel. Also im gonna be running a 275/50/15 Mickey thompson ET street on the wheels i decide to purchase

I don't have much knowledge on the drag racing wheels but that seems like an extremely narrow wheel for a very wide tire. The +40 offset and 8 inch wide wheel will clear without a problem but the tire may cause you clearance issues.

many people run a 275 radial on 8" wide wheels, there recommended to have a 8" to 10" wheel, i just dont wanna fork out the money for welds hahaha so im trying to find a cheaper route

If you say so it just seems like extremely more tire than the wheel should handle but again its not my thing.
Those ebay wheels will sit WAY outside the fender. I mean if it is ONLY for the drag strip then I suppose the could work but if the tire bounces to much it will hit your quarter panel. They will sit close to 3 inches further out. As for clearing the brakes I have no idea.
