Default 17x8 17x9.5...?

Got a chance to get a set of RPF1s for the S. Always loved them and at the price they are at I may just have to get them. They are 17x8 +45 17x9.5 +38.

I am looking at a set of J's rear over fenders and wanted to know would these wheels fit once I get the over fenders on and my front fenders rolled? and if so with up to what size tires? would rather be a little conservative on the tires also, nothing too close, THANKS

With the fender work done they should work. I would say 225/45R17 front and 255/40R17 or 265/40R17 rear. If I can help with the tires let me know.
