Default 17"x9" +48 rear wheels?

I'm currently running 17"x9"+63 wheels with 255/40-17 tires for autocross. I'm considering going to 17"x9"+48 wheels 255/40-17{maximum class legal tire size} tires in the rear. What issues can I expect going to the wider track? Will i need to roll the rear fenders? I'm hoping that the wider track will make the rear end more controlable. The car has offset camber balljoints up front so understeer should not be an issue I'm currently running -2.7 degrees camber and could add more. Is anyone currently running a similar wheel and tire combination on the rear of their S2000?

Are you on stock suspension? I had 18x9 +48 and ran a 255/35 and it rubbed on dips when my car was lowered. I think if you ran a 245/40 and keep the current camber you probably won't rub. But if you go with a 255/40 you will need to roll your rear and relocate the bumper tab.

I'm pretty sure you'll need a roll, that setup is pretty flush with the fenders.. I'm lowered with 17x9 +45 and 255/40, -2.5 camber, rolled fenders and relocated bumper tab. No rubbing on street/track/autox
