18x8+50 & 18x9+50 question

I was thinking of purchasing some new shoes..
I was wondering if 18x8+50 front & 18x9+50 rear would work without any mods..
and if so.. what tire size would work with these..

they should fit fine, especially at stock height. might need a little camber.
i would go with 225-40-18 and 255-35-18's on those.
