615's on AP2
Spent a day with my new 615's...215/45 front and 255/40 on the rear. . My alignment is about a tenth degree more camber than stock front and rear, so nothing very aggressive...this is my daily driver so kept things close to stock.
The tires never got greasy, but it never got very warm outside. The highest temp I measured was 35 psi. Also, I was very concerned that the car would understeer, but the back would start to slide before the front whenever I got too hot in a turn. Some here felt that with the 215's the front would push, but didn't come close. Maybe due to the stockish alignment rather than a ton of camber in the rear, but the car felt pretty even.

Great to hear! I'm actually considering 225/45 and 255/40, to get more rubber up front. I drive too aggressively, and expect the front end to do a lot more than it ever wants to do, especially in autocross. I figure the extra tire will help.
I did the same gas tank "trick" as you last month. I had starvation for the last 2 or 3 corners, look at the gas gauge and told me I had a 1/4 to 1/3 tank left. I decided to pull it in to be "safe", since 1/4 tank was enough to get to a gas station for a fillup. Well, I pull it in to the pits, and idle it a little, shut it off and pack up my gear. Get back in my car and try to start it...and it turns over a little, and sputters out...
