the tire does run a little bigger, but with a stagger that big, you might get a little understeer but for daily driving i dont see it as a big issue.

The tire sizes you mention will fit and work but like AP2 mentions the car will understeer more easily. You could go with 215/45R17 front and 255/40R17 rear as well.
