Default AP2 OEM tires..

How long do they last? I have 11K on my car, and it's still running on stock tires since factory.

Once the stock tires is gone, what's a good set of tires to replace it with?

I'd say at least 11k then.

I had my stock ones for 14000 miles. They are pretty toast though. Autocross has killed them faster than I would have liked, but I have a set of Re-01's on the way and from what I read and hear from other owners, they are great tires and outpreform the REO50 tires that come stock on the AP2. As far as the tread life, I believe they are pretty similar to the REO50s. Not positive though. I am having trouble remembering.

Depends how you drive.. some people might shred through them in 5k.. others could go 30k driving highway.

Mine lasted 18K.

I have run Kumo ASX which were pretty nice. Now I have on Rikin Raptors. They are a little more sticky than the ASX. Next I am stepping up to Azenis RT-615. I drive 30K+ miles/yr plus auto-x so I don't buy the expensive Potenzas. For the money Kumo or Rikin is good. I recommend the 225/45 255/40 upgrade. I love it.

The tread life on the RE-01R is going to be very similar to the OE tires.
