I plan on making these my winter tires. Does anyone feel they would change any of these scores. They're out of 10 I guess. I was particularly interested in how they would perform in the rain because my area gets a lot of cold rain in the winter...but not quite ice or snow.
Thanks..feel free to talk me out of WS50's too!

I would recommend the Blizzak LM series if you don't really get the snow. They are going to handle better in the wet and dry than the WS50. The WS50 would work better in an area that gets a lot of snow.
If I can help let me know.
Thank you

cool.thanks Jim. I'll be in plenty of snow as I travel the northeast but the cold rainy conditions are plentiful also. I would say I'd be driving in more than ten 6 inch or more snows this winter. I'm thinking WS50 is the way to go for me. I'll be ordering them in a month or so. Are they readily available? Also...on sizing...I know the AP1 OEM wheels are ready for 245 rears on non SO2's....does this apply to the Blizzaks since a narrower tirer is beneficial in snow?
thanks again

WVtwisties, i'm also getting WS50s for OEM 16" rims this winter. I'm in Ann Arbor and snow plowing suxors here. I thought about the LM25s, but given the already featherweight & lack of traction control of S2000, I'm going w/ WS50. I'm not going to go autocrossing or tear up the onramps Jan-March anyway, so I might as well get the best snow-performance tires for my $.
I however will probably get 215/50/16 all around, not staggered. Narrower works better on snow, and plus this will allow me to rotate the tires and preserve the rear tire wear significantly longer. 215/50s fit fine on our rims, and rear rims fit on front axle.
And I'll get some mint AP2 17" rims next yr!! woot!

You can rotate "tires" all you like. You just can't rotate OEM rims.
