255 on a 10" wont be stretched as much. im running 235 on a 9" wide tyres (similar sizing) and they are only just barely stretched.
cant help you with the fitment. im running 7.5" fronts with +42 offset and 215 tyres. guards are rolled but not flared and they just fit
rears are 9" wide with +40 offset and 235 tyres. had to trim off most of my rear bumper to fit as my car is fairly lowered.
