another s2k owner posted about fikse wheels, which i have on my rx7, and i would really like to get a pair because they are very unique to the s2k.

1. wondering whoever has these wheels, your style and price paid and from whom. i would like to get the profil5s in 17"



2. i plan to call a few dealers soon. so, if you are interested in these wheels, please PM me. maybe we can get a group discount even if its only 2-3 people. these wheels are built in the usa to order. so, please realize there is usually a 4 week wait.

I checked into gettingthe profil 10s in 18" for my S2000. I was told they don't make the wheel for our application. I would have to go with a classic line.

Secondly, I wanted to run a GB and they said no. Now it might have been the rep that I was dealing with @ fikse USA. Who knows. I went to a shop local to me and asked and got both the same responses. The guy simply said it's a protected market and they really don't move.

 

I like the FM5 better than the Profil5. If I had the money, this would be an option, but I'd likely end up getting a Kinesis wheel instead if I were to go this route. Fikse are definitely nice wheels tho. Good luck...it seems they're not very conducive to the group buy idea.
