Thumbs up Is it fine to run 10mm spacers with mf10s?

Hi, I was wondering if it is safe to run 10mm spacers with my mf10s without adding extended studs. I want to do it for the front and rear.

Thanks

I wanted to see if it's safe just to use some spacers by itself to save some $. I do recall reading somewhere saying that running 10mm spacer is safe without any extened studs or built in. I just wanted to double check with you guys.

Thanks

IIRC, it was 5mm that was considered "safe", but pushing it. I dont think 10mm will get you enough tread engagement.

No, you would barely be able to get a lug nut started. You lose 1 full turn of a lug nut with every 1.5mm of spacer, so you are losing almost 7 full turns with a 10mm. 5mm is the max but most I would run is 3mm. IMO it's not worth the subtle difference in looks to mess with it.

Make sure your wheels have a deep enough recess in the back to fit over the stock studs that will be exposed.
