Default FItment help with SSR type F

Hi I need some fitment advice for wheel and tire fitment for SSR Type-F Wheel front 17x7.5 / 5x114.3 / Offset + 48 ... rear 17x9.0 / 5x114.3 / Offset + 40

I want to put in my stock ap2 tires on these wheels running on stock suspension with possible rear fenders rolled for city driving. I'm more worried about my rear wheel since it's +40 offset so how much would this drastically affect my drive setup and what changes do I need to do in order to make my fitment perfect with stock suspension? Are 245 stock tires on rear and 215 tires on front do any good?
