Just about every single wheel listed here is NOT SCCA SOLO AS legal. To keep your car legal in AS the width must be identical (ie 17x7 & 17x8.5 for AP2) and offsets must remain within 5mm of OEM offset. The TR Motorsports wheels was designed for SCCA SOLO competitors. Works great with my Hoosier A6 (245/275).

If you want forged, AS legal, wheels then the TR Motorsports are a no brainer. If you want forged, street bling any of the other wheels listed will do. If do DEs, then all the wheels listed will work.

1-2 people mentioned it. The TR Motorsports wheel is legal and forged.

I don't mean to be a threaded jacker...

Are OEM AP1/AP2 wheels forged and SCCA legal?

The USDM OEM wheels are not forged. You can only use the AP1 wheels on an AP1 and the AP2 wheels on a AP2 (in order to stay SOLO legal).

There is a JDM OEM AP1 wheel that is forged and can be used on AP1s, but they are legal but hard to find.
