Default Help getting the right tires, will be DD and sold...

I currently live in Colorado and I use my S2K as a daily driver. So I assume the Star Specs are out of the question. I also am putting it up for sale shortly once I get the new tires.

Can I just do two tires at a time, or do I need to buy all four at once? Any recommendations? It's a 2004 MY

In general, you should always keep the same brand and style of tires on all four wheels. On the S, the rears usually wear out quicker than the fronts, which means you usually have to wait another cycle before getting a whole new set of tires. If you are going to sell, I would get a good all seaon tire like the Continental ExtremeContact DWS (http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....emeContact+DWS).

You could always just get the tires you want and then let the buyer figure out how to prep for the other seasons?! In other words, if you are selling before winter comes in, then put some good summer tires on and let the buyer figure out what winter tires to put on.

Good luck. Can I ask why you are selling the S?

I really like the DWS and was considering it for a long time because I was DD'ing even in the snow. But now I walk to work if it snows.

The reason why I'm selling the S, is I would rather get out of my loan. I'm finnaly not upside down in the loan anymore versus its value so I'd like to put it up for sale.

Honda won't replace my top which has the tears since it's not covered by that TSB for the '05 models and beyond. But for the most part just normal wear and tear. No accidents.
