Default HELP NOW ASAP!

OK GUYS! i know that prof. have gone bankrupt but i have found myself a last set. THis is my question, htey are 17's by 8 in the front n 9.5 in the back. Is that a good size for the s2k or no?i dont know much about the offset shit n whether the 9.5 will be to big or not n how big of a weight gainer it'll make. I originally wanted 17.7.5 n 8.5 in the rear, but i found these only n they are 1800 brand new. What shoudl i do? its the black iwth crome lip on a GPW s2k. I can pay 500 down now, n pay the rest in about 2 weeks. other problem, i was saving to pick up a CBR600 RR, now i dono if i shoudl go with the rims first due to the fact that they wont be around anymore then buy my bike. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! especially with the sizes! i dontg have much knowledge bout the tire size n width part etc etc.

First off that is a ripoff for those rims... They can be had for much cheaper. Second, if you are not sure about the offsets and you are not sure about getting them yourself than by all means think twice about it. It seems like your on a impulse buy.

BTW these rims can still be found even though SSR claimed bankruptcy.

BTW tire rack has them in stock and it is much cheaper. Same size and offsets that work for the s2k.

offset for a 9.5" rear wheel at only a +55

You're gonna have to run a narrow A$$..........skinny rear tire to keep that fu<ker from rubbin

245's will keep it from rubbing, the stretched tire will help with the rubbing issue.

the guy said, we only get 8 and 9.5 for the s2k in 17's. thats the only thing they offer for the car. What offset shoudl it be so 255 wont be an issue? cuz i am goign to be dropping the car on RA"s n pretty darn low. not slammed obviulsy, but prob. to the point where there is only a fingers gap or half of a fingers gap btw. tire n fender.
