Default HELP: Problem with 18x7.5 +42 all around?

Sorry for the noob question but I was wondering if there would be a problem if I do this non-staggered setup on an AP2:
18x7.5 +42

What are the problems associated with a set up like this? safety? handling?
Thanks in advance

You would have to stay with a narrow tire with that size. A staggered tire size would be 205/50R17 front and 225/45R17 rear. It is not going to be the best handling set up though.
If I can help with the tires let me know.
