Default How is KDW-2 compare to RE050?

Hi,
Well... it's time to change tires and i want to know how are KDW-2 compare to stock RE050?
is dry traction better?
how about wet?

i heard there are some tire noise issues w/ kdw-2 but im not really concern about that.

i currently have RE050 (front) and S-03 (rear) and 25k miles.
I'm going to replace all 4 within a week or so...

please help me out...
thanks
Phil

S03's are a great tire..... Probably a little better in the dry than the BFG...BFG might be a little better in the rain and they look really cool. I think you would be happy with either..

I've been running them on my Evo for a while now and have a few friends that swear by the KDW-2s. From my experience, they are very good tires in both dry and wet. Very similar to S03s, but somewhat cheaper.

I would recommend running them on your car, you might save yourself some money, have really good looking threads, and have a blast in both dry/wet conditions.

Take Care,
Ed

The KDW2 would not be the same level of performance as the S03 and the RE050. They do have good traction in wet and dry with a very cool tread pattern and they are priced better. The KDW2 should also last longer.
If I can help let me know.
