I'm pretty sure the chromed AP1 wheels were an OEM dealer installed accessory. I remember seeing them in a Honda accessory brochure at the dealer when I bought my '03.

It's worth noting that the wheels, at least the AP2V2 on my car, say Enkei on them.

Yes, most oem s2000 wheels were made by Enkei...Except for the forged 6 spoke 16's, those are made by BBS.
