Default HRE 540 Sizing

I'm strongly considering getting the HRE 540's in a month or so and I'm a little concerned on the sizing. I've searched high and low on s2ki and have read what most have to say and seen a few pictures but mostly of the 445 series. Does anyone have pictures of the 540's on the S2000?

It looks like 18x8.5fr and 18x10rr is the recommend size from HRE for our car. Does that sound accurate? What size tires should I buy and which tire should that be. I was thinking 225/40fr & 265/35rr Potenza S-03. Can I go wider than 265 in the rear?

For the cars that I've seen with HRE's most of them are not lowered, I was planning on putting springs on the car for at least a slight drop to take out the wheelgap but I'm wondering if it is at all possible to do without rubbing!?!? Any suggestions on what to do about lowering? What spring? What amount of drop can I get away with safely?

Please Help!

IF YOU ARE GOING TO LOWER YOUR CAR SHAREEF GET 70 offset for the REAR if you get a 10 in wheel I would do 215 front and 255 rear like the NSX-R LOOK AT SOME KENISIS WHEELS AND LOOK AT THE OFFSETS ON LOWERED CARS WITH 285s and also Pm RT or Jerrypeterson for offsets on lowered wide wheels THEY HAVE THE BEST OFFSETS FOR THE S2000 SEE YA JOSE

if you plan to slam your car this is what i would go with... keep in mind if you think these rims aren't wide enough, get the 540R with the reverse lip for a deep dish look

front 18x8 +55
rear 18x9 +60

HEY SHARIFF HERES RTS and JERRYPERTERSON OFFSETS for front
FRONT 18x7 +50
18x8 +57

REAR 18x9 +69
18x10 +74 or +75 285s for the rear

NO Rubbing but make sure the center caps clear the brakes for a lowered S2000
