Does anyone know where these can be purchased other than Tirerack?

Try any more performance oriented tire shop and they will be able to get them for you. TO should have dozens of them.

Thanks for the suggestions. How about those nylon rings found in our OEM rims where the bolt holes are, are they called centering rings? And where can those be purchased for aftermarket rims?
