Can I put 225/40/18 for 4 wheels????

Yes you can. I don't think it is a bad thing but the handling will not be as good.

will the performance loss a lot after i have 225/40/18 wheels?

I would think so if you are an aggressive driver. You would not be the first person to do it though.
