Kosei K1 TS questions
I really want the Kosei K1 TS and I'm wondering if it would be possible to run this set-up. According to the handy spa-zz Excel chart, the rears will stick out an extra 39mm - how far is this going to extend past the fender?
By comparison, the 17x8 +45 extends an extra 26mm. How far out can this go before it looks dumb?
Is running a 9" on the rear and a 7" up front going to completely destroy my handling?
What size tire would I want in the rear?
What if I want to lower the car later?
Life is just full of tough questions.

If you do a fitment search for the T1-S on Tire Rack's site for the S2K, it lists the fronts as 17x7 and the rears as 17x8. I think the 9" rears would stick out too much with that offset. I'm probably going to go with the T1-S 8" rears and use the AP2 OEM tire sizes (215/45/17 and 245/40/17) then all should be good.

If you look back at the fitment guide you'll see that +45 isn't enough for a 9" wheel. It'll stick out past the fender, and also and rub. If you read the guide carefully you'll find info on just how far past the fender it'll be. You might be able to use that 9" wheel but you'd have to put a narrow tire on it, so the advantage of the wide wheel is lost.

Even the 17X8 wheel is going to be tight on the rear. I would recommend no bigger than the 245/40R17 on the rear and even then it is tight.
If I cna help let me know.
