Default Light Weight Lugs for Enkei RPF1's?

Hey just like the topic says....btw the wheels haven't arrived as of yet and thats why I don't know. Will the wheels work with the stock lugs? Do I need a different type of taper? What is recommended? What is everyone with RPF1's using?

Thanks,
-Mike

Hmm, I never really checked if the stock lugs would work with my RPF1s. But I am pretty sure you need aftermarket lugs, I use Mugen lugs.

stock lugs are ball seat lugs and most aftermarket wheels require a tapered/acorn lug. and yes your rpf1s will need acorn lugs....rays, work, mugen, kyokugen, kics, gorilla, etc. will work fine.

Aluminum Ebay lugs any color you want $25 FTMFW Wheels have been on for 3 weeks and they haven't even fallen off yet

But seriously, no problems, been running them for years even on the stock Ap1 wheels I feel better now that they are on the RPF's .

The Rays are pretty damn light. I had them hand and hand with a set of mackin' industries lugs, and the rays were very noticeably lighter.

maybe a lb or two lighter for the whole set. I just wanted black rays to go with my volks, but found they were much lighter than everything else out there.
