Default lowering springs

well usually most forums group wheels, tires, and suspension together, so, it's either make a thread in the wheel section or under modifications (which seems performance oriented).

alright, on my car i have tsw vortex rims (hypersilver). for the front i have 225/40/r18 and on the rear i have 255/35/r18. i don't know the offsets.

i was thinking about lowering the car an inch with the eibach springs but wasn't sure if my rim/tire combo would jive with the lowered setup. the gap on the front/rear between top of the tire and the fender is 1.75" the rears jut out 1.25" outside the fenders and the fronts stick out .75" if that helps.

usually just dropping an inch wouldn't be too big of a deal but i was concerned with the overly larger than stock tires, rubbing issues, or having to roll fenders. so, if all is good i was planning on getting eibach springs (have eibach on my other car) and the t1r split halfshaft spacers (whether required or not).

any input?

depends on the offset of the wheels if you rub or not, the tire sizes are fine.

unfortunately i don't know the offsets. i tried looking around at tsw venders but none of them listed the offsets either for this model...

i'm figuring that this is just a little drop and shouldn't be complicated, so, i'll get some springs ordered whenever i get around to it...
