Default Need help ASAP!

Okay need some help,,,,,,

I'm running in rear 17x9+42 rota grid on a 06 s2000... My problem is that the center cap does not fit because of the spindle nut is sticking out to far... I'm using Dayton rota flat black caps..... Need to no if using a 10mm spacer will be good or do I need to run 15mm..... If I use 15mm do I need to replace oem studs???? Thanks in advance......

Seriously? Ditch the centercaps and paint the hub black.

5mm max without extended studs. You can run a bolt on 15mm spacer if you have holes in the wheels to fit the stock studs. Either way you are just asking for fender clearance headaches.

My reason for center caps is that it gives the wheels a cleaner look.... I removed the rota emblem and I'm left with a all flat black center cap that looks very clean on front wheels. I want the same look for rears, I am rolling rear fenders anyways so i just need to no how much of a spacer I need to clear spindle nut?

Thanks.

All you have to do is measure how far the nut sticks out and you'll know your answer

Do not use a spacer, it's like cutting off your finger because your glove only has 4 fingers. Add a finger to the glove!

Modify the centercap. You do not want to deal with all the headaches of fitting that wheel with spacers.

i'd measure how far out the nut sticks out and then measure how deep down the center cap hole goes, the difference is the minimum needed for the wheel spacer, next depending upon the thickness of the spacer will make another problem if the wheel studs poke out from the spacer (assuming you'll get the ones with studs already installed), if the wheel studs stick out too far it'll be either trim 'em flush or have rims that have spaces between the rim mount holes for allowance, like posted before, just lose the rear caps...
