Default Need help with tires choices

Just wondering if this will work.

Got some BBS LM's:

17X9 42
17X10 50

About to get some tire today and wanted to know if they will fit. I have PSS9 with a mild drop maybe 1 inch.

What i was looking for is a set of 245 45 17 for fronts and 255 40 17 for the rears.

Guru's please chime in. i dont understand any of the specs or what not.

THANKS AHEAD OF TIME!

Rear shouldn't be bad of an offset, but front will be more work. I had a 17x9 +45 with 235s and still had rubbing. You may need to run wider fenders or pull your stock ones out some.

255 seems awfully narrow for a 10" wide rim. 275/35/17 would be a much better fit. Now whether or not your fenders will like this is another issue.

Only issue is NO ONE makes a 275/35/17 tire. I was thinking about that route till I found this out. So either 255/40, 265/40 or 285/35. Or 275/40, but that is starting to get to be a too tall of a sidewall compared to stock..
