Default Need Help With Tires Sizes

Hey everybody, I just purchased a set of Gold RPF1's for my S. They are 17*8+45. I am looking to get some tires that will keep an aggressive set up. I dont want to much gap between the fender and tires but would also like to keep a decent low side profile. My suspension is stock but will be lowering the car in the future.
I was thinking of getting Honkook EVo V12's. 225/45 in the front and 255/40 in the rear. How do you guys think this will be?
Any other suggestions on what size or tires to use?
Thanks in advance....

The 225/40R18 is fine but the 255/40R18 is too tall and wide for the 18X8 wheels. I would look at the 245/35R18 for the rear and either the 225/40R18 or 215/40R18 for the front. If I can help just let me know.

You should be good with those sizes on a 17, the rears will be nice and meaty.
