Well I got a flat the other day and the tire was not repairable. I called the Goodyear near me and the guy said he called around and can get me bridgestone blizzaks for 615 installed. One of my friends works at a tire place and said he called to get pricing on blizzaks as well and was told they are backordered for a while. He also mentioned that he can get me a Firestone tire which is almost a replica of the blizzak. Anyone have comments on that? I'm going to call the Goodyear guy tomorrow and see if he has them in stock or whatever because I don't want to settle for a crappier tire. What other tires are good for winter on the s2k? Tirerack only has the blzzaks, pirelli winter 210 snowsports, and dunlop graspic ds-2's.

Also, I see posted alot that only some tires fit the s2000. Is this some strange fitment that only some tires work for or do some tires not come in the sizes required by the s2k (205/55 and 225/50). Is the W rating along with the sizes the hard part? Can someone elaborate?
