And why doesn't tirerack ship to PR?

the situation is that i have the front tires already mounted in the car 215/45/17 and i need the rear tires, trust me i'm not going to mount a different brand of tires in the back

I already talk to the Manager of the store i bought the tires, And he Told me he cant Accept the tires back!
