I have complied a list of Tires that currently work with the OEM 16" rim

Bridgestone S0-2 16

You are not correct on some of the information. The rear tire is not a larger diameter it is a wider tire on the rear. The correct rear size would be 245/45R16. Unfortunately not all tires come in the 245/45R16 size and if you want a specific tire sometimes you would have to stay with the OE tire sizes.

How about the kumho tires, I was thinking about getting the spt's.

so if i get some winter tires (blizzaks) for the oem rims, would i need 245/45 or 225/50 for the rear?

245-50-16, but it's going to be a higher sidewall on the rear then what it should be.

For a close match to the OEM S0-2 tires, you will need to get a 245-45-16.

Typically a narrower tire is better for snow. THe less snow the tire has to push outta the way the better. It is more of a cutting effect that way. So I think 205 (F) and 225
